2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Customized or personalized items, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, or misuse.

5. Refunds

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Where verified:

Closet Avenue is not liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged when sent without tracking.
